If you wish to cancel your order before it has been processed by the Seller, please contact us immediately, and we will facilitate the refund process with the Seller. Refunds are subject to the Seller’s policies and may take a few working days to appear on your statement. 

If you have placed an order but have not collected the key, Our policy offers a refund within 14 days of your date of purchase, we can assist in processing a refund, subject to a small administration fee to cover processing costs. Pre-orders are non-refundable until after the release date of the product.

Once a digital item has been shipped and activated, it cannot be returned due to its digital nature and the inability to resell the item. If a key is found to be faulty, we will work with the Seller to help facilitate them to provide you with a working key or a full refund.

For your convenience, you can browse to the Autokey page and click the ‘cancel order’ button to claim a refund on any order that you have not collected yet.

Pre-orders: Refunds are only processed on the day following the release date of the game. A small administration fee will apply unless the refund is taken as Store Credit.

Our payment process submit the refund immediately and make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. Your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card. More details can be found via Stripe.com at Customer refund processing time.

We hope our customers can understand that when a digital item has been shipped, it can be activated online and therefore we cannot accept a return as it is not possible for us to resell that item. In some cases, we can arrange for the seller to put the code up for re-sale, and they will refund once the product has been successfully re-sold to a new customer.
